Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We value our clients' time and strive to provide exceptional service at all times. In order to effectively manage our schedule and accommodate the needs of all our customers, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: If a cancellation is necessary, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation will result in a charge equivalent to 15% of the total cost of the service. This cancellation fee is intended to cover the costs associated with the scheduling and preparation of your appointment, as well as any lost business opportunities resulting from the late cancellation. Exceptions to this policy may be made in extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of our management team. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
